Lisa Sollid
Pilates Instructor
Lisa is a fully certified (advanced Level) STOTT PILATES® Instructor with more than 10 years of teaching experience. She is also trained in other forms of fitness including: TRX Suspension Training®, willPower & grace®, Zen•ga™, Yoga, HIIT training, and personal rebounding.
Lisa graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association and is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She offers personal one-on-one nutrition consultations and understands that nutrition is the foundation to optimal health, and that proper nutrition, along with exercise, will create a healthy body.
Lisa first discovered Pilates while she was working long hours and had a long commute. It was the only time in her week where she could be free from the stresses of daily life. She was able to be fully present and aware in her own body and mind. She then fell in love and decided to pursue her Pilates career. Lisa’s life has always been influenced by health and fitness. She is a lifelong athlete, involved in years of competitive sports. Lisa loves to snowboard, skateboard, hike, and to have great adventures all the time. She attributes Pilates to improving her stability and endurance in all of these sports and pastimes. Pilates has completely changed her posture, strength, health, and her life.
Lisa believes that everything complements each other, and a well-rounded exercise routine will produce the best results for a healthy you! She also believes that everyday should be filled with laughter and fun! Life is now, and it is a great day to live! Her philosophy is we must always keep learning, growing, and evolving. The more we learn, the more we realize how much we don’t know.
Angie Waterman
Pilates Instructor
Angie is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor of more than 5 years with the education and life experience to help others move beyond their struggles on the way to achieving a healthy lifestyle. Her knowledge and passion to continue to learn and grow has expanded over those 5 years to include Injuries & Special Populations, TRX, Total Barre, and Zenga.
Angie is very familiar with the struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. After a weight gain that put her well over 260 pounds, it took dropping out of a hiking class to realize that something needed to change. It had been a long journey of trying different exercises, personal trainers, and gym equipment when she finally came to Corestar Pilates. After signing up for a Beginning Pilates class, she was hooked. Pilates has helped Angie become stronger in her own body and she enjoys helping others achieve their own goals through Pilates.
Paige Erickson
Pilates Instructor
Paige's Pilates journey began in 2006 as a recommendation from a friend. As an avid skier, both in the mountains and on the lake, Paige immediately noticed how much easier, almost effortless these activities became. Running also felt better and became more enjoyable after incorporating the Pilates principles.
Paige has been a Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor Since 2014 and is a STOTT qualified instructor in Zen*ga and CORE Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training. She later added a certification for TRX Suspension Training. She specializes in private and semi-private Pilates instruction as well as group reformer classes. Paige believes in finding balance and harmony in our bodies and life. She feels it is important to build strength and flexibility together to help create that balance and Pilates should always enhance your favorite activities and exercise methods.
