Private Instruction- Introductory package of 5 private sessions; One on one instruction, just you with a teacher. We will do a posture analysis and review your health history to tailor a program to meet your specific needs. You will learn the basic principles, and begin Pilates on the reformer, mat and other equipment. Weekly sessions of once or twice a week is the best way to start. Our intro package of 5 privates sessions is the best place to begin.
Beginning Pilates Workshop-We offer this 2 hour workshop every couple of months. It is a great introduction to Pilates in a group class setting. We cover the history of Pilates, the basic principals in depth; breathing, muscle engagement and proper body alignment. We will begin with some Pilates mat exercises and include time on the reformer. This is a group setting, so it isn’t as individualized as a private session, but the classes are kept small and the class is taught by two teachers to ensure that each person can get the most out of class.
Intro to Pilates Reformer Workshop-This is a small group class we hold once a quarter that introduces new students to the Pilates mat and reformer exercises. It is ideal to combine with the Beginning Pilates Workshop, but can be taken on its own as an introduction to Pilates. This workshop is limited to 4 students and will be taught by two teachers to ensure the best possible experience for each student.
Mix and Match Punch Card- Our best deal at Only $48! This 5 class card is the perfect way to experience our group classes for the first time. We offer a punch card with one punch for each class on our schedule. You can choose from Pilates mat, yoga, Barefoot Fusion, Corestar Barre, TRX or Corestar Jump-fit. Punch card is good for 8 weeks from the start date of the first class you attend.
