Private Instruction- Introductory package of 5 private sessions; One on one instruction, just you with a teacher. We will do a posture analysis and review your health history to tailor a program to meet your specific needs. You will learn the basic principles, and begin Pilates on the reformer, mat and other equipment. Weekly sessions of once or twice a week is the best way to start. Our intro package of 5 privates sessions is the best place to begin.
Mix and Match Punch Card– Our best deal at Only $48! This 5 class card is the perfect way to experience our group classes for the first time. We offer a punch card with one punch for each class on our schedule. You can choose from Pilates mat, yoga, Barefoot Fusion, Corestar Barre, TRX or Corestar Jump-fit. Punch card is good for 8 weeks from the start date of the first class you attend.
Intro to Mat and Pilates Reformer Series– This class is an introduction to Pilates and is perfect for those brand new or previous students who want a refresher. We will use both the mat and the Reformer to experience the benefits of Pilates in its various forms. Our mat lessons will include all the basic principles with the proper breath technique and learning exactly how to engage the core to stabilize the body in movement. The Reformer was the original equipment designed by Joseph Pilates as the basis for this work. It uses springs and pulleys along with your own body-weight for resistance to enhance your workout: similar to resistance training. The combination of work done on the various Pilates apparatus’ will give you the full experience of what this wonderful method has to offer and the benefits for your body that you will see in strength, flexibility and balance. 4 Week series. Limited to 6 students.
Reformer Class Intro– you will get a 30 minute Intro assessment plus 3 Reformer Class sessions

Combo #2– Min and Match Punch Card with 5 Private Pilates or 5 Private Yoga sessions
Intro to Pilates Reformer Workshop–This is a small group class we hold once a quarter that introduces new students to the Pilates mat and reformer exercises. It is ideal to combine with the Beginning Pilates Workshop, but can be taken on its own as an introduction to Pilates. This workshop is limited to 6 students and will be taught by two teachers to ensure the best possible experience for each student.
