Lisa is a fully certified (Advanced Level) STOTT PILATES® Instructor. She first discovered Pilates while she was working long hours and had a long commute. She then fell in love, and decided to pursue her Pilates career.

Pilates has completely changed her posture, strength, health, and her life. Lisa enjoys mixing it up too. She is certified in other forms of fitness including: TRX Suspension Training®, willPower & grace®, Zen•ga™ and Yoga.

The more we learn, the more we realize what we don’t know.

Angie is very familiar with the struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. After a weight gain that put her well over 260 pounds, it took dropping out of a hiking class to realize that something needed to change. It had been a long journey of trying different exercises, personal trainers, and gym equipment when she finally stumbled through the doors at Corestar Pilates. After signing up for a Beginning Pilates class, she was hooked.
After four years, and trying pretty much everything Corestar Pilates has to offer, she finally figured out what she wanted to be when she grew up and started her training to become a Pilates Instructor through BodyCenter Studios. Angie is now a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor with the education and life experience to help others move beyond their struggles on the way to achieving a healthy lifestyle
Paige was introduced to Pilates through a friend in 2006. She began taking classes, group and private, 2 to 3 times a week. At first, she wasn’t sure if this was the right method for her, because in all of her sports and exercise, no one had discussed “the core,” how to access it, or even why it is important…until Pilates. However, after each class she always felt great and ready for the day with good energy. She began feeling the changes in her body as she continued in her classes. Paige noticed that she could implement the Pilates fundamentals in her recreational activities like snow and water skiing, which made them more enjoyable. It also helped make running more effective for her.
After a long career in the corporate world, Paige made the leap from Pilates student to instructor. She completed the STOTT PILATES® training course at Bodycenter Studio in Seattle, which included a 60 hour apprenticeship. She is excited to share what she has learned, experiences, and to help clients reach their individual fitness and life goals.
